Hi! I’m Carra. I am a grateful backyard chicken mom. I grew up in rural British Columbia, where I had my first interactions with backyard chickens in elementary school. My family moved to a larger city and left the country life behind. When I relocated to rural East Tennessee in the spring of 2020, my partner and I took the leap and became proud (and slightly bewildered) chicken parents.
